BearX Labs are so excited to announce the Christmas treasure hunt. A 2 week long competition where you go up against other BearX holders with the chance to win some great prizes these holidays!
This will be hosted on our partners platform — OVR. The BearX Christmas Treasure Hunt starts on 11 December 2021.
There is a total prize pool of well over $5000 USD worth of NFTs to be won! Its simple, find and collect as many bears as you can before the deadline. The more you collect = the more points you get! Be among the top 3 and win some great prizes listed below! Deadline is 26th December @ 4PM EST.

STEPS TO PLAY

2. Login or create an account (it’s possible also to use Facebook or Google as login)
3. Now you have two ways to go into the hunting mode. First one is to click on the BearX banner in the main page. Second is to click on the bottom right button and then on the Play2Earn button.
When you are in the Play2Earn mode, you have to give camera permissions (also GPS permissions is needed) and camera will open.
4. You can now go around following the AR arrows that indicate the distance between the nearest collectible. Is possible also to click on the bottom right map button to open the 2D map and on the arrow over it to put it bigger in order to see the exact location of a collectible.
When you enter in a Land with a collectible, the user is prompted to look at the ground so the app can find where the ground is.
After located the ground, the bear will appear around the user that only has to tap on it to collect it.
Clicking on the top left bottom you can return back to the main menu, then clicking on the bottom left bottom you can go to you profile to see your collection and check how many you have collected
PLEASE NOTE: Once the treasure hunt starts, during and after it has finished, OVR and BearX Labs will apply apply strict automatic & manual checking for the suspicious behaviors. Suspicious behaviour would include (but not limited to) using Emulators, mocked GPS turning on in the device, No Sim Devices, concurrency of multiple devices with the same account, etc.
Users are requested to refrain from using the above mentioned activities. If these activities are detected, the user will be banned from OVR system.
