After nearly 7 weeks of operation on BearX, we have been actively gathering feedback from the community through chat boxes, tickets, market research, and internal assessments of BearX. Some tasks have been completed, while others are still in progress. The core team has recently shared the roadmap for the past and upcoming periods
Phase 1: Preparation and Shaping
Weeks 1–4: Strategy Definition (Done)
- Receiving task assignments, Evaluating Current Resources and Tools
- Conducting market research and analysis to determine objectives
- Researching and analyzing content and content strategy
- Planning product development, community building, and partnership development
- Proposing experimental collaboration plans on major user connection platforms
- Activating outreach campaigns to engage 50 potential partners
- Adjusting and supplementing plans and strategies
These initial weeks have marked a significant milestone in BearX’s development journey, despite facing numerous challenges. Market research and analysis have demanded significant investment in time and resources, particularly in defining clear objectives and target audiences. Developing detailed plans has required meticulous organization and coordination among team members. However, overcoming these obstacles has also opened up various opportunities and promising prospects for the project’s future.
Weeks 5–8: Building Fundamental Infrastructure and Restructuring(We are here)
- Researching potential partners on major user connection platforms such as Task On, Zealy, QuestN, Galxe, and Link3.
- Analyzing content strategy to provide solutions and enhance brand presence on social media platforms.
- Planning collaborations with partners, considering the unique characteristics of each partner.
- Integrating and deploying campaigns on Task On and Zealy using their respective tools and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Establishing fair point and reward mechanisms, expanding rewards for the community.
- Developing, integrating, and deploying campaigns on Zealy through their tools and assessing their impact.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of community and partner engagement.
- Activating campaigns for new community development, increasing the success rate of collaborations, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and monitor progress.
- Adjusting and supplementing plans for the next phase of campaigns.
This process marked a significant step in building the foundational framework for the project. Despite facing challenges, the team found innovative and effective solutions to overcome them. The combination of thorough research, creative strategy development, and close collaboration with partners and the team has paved a positive path forward for the project. This opens up promising prospects for the next stages of development.
Phase 2: Community Expansion and Engagement
Weeks 9–12: Strengthening Interaction and Participation(Processing)
- Organizing events and activities with partners to enhance community engagement and interaction.
- Hosting self-organized events and activities for the community.
- Implementing programs that allow community members to contribute to community building.
- Negotiating and signing cooperation agreements with partners that meet standards.
- Developing, integrating, and deploying campaigns on new platforms.
- Enhancing communication and interaction with the community through social media channels and forums.
- Adjusting and supplementing processes, procedures, and mechanisms.
These weeks are pivotal in fostering a vibrant and engaged community. We aim to create an environment where members feel valued and actively participate in shaping the community’s future.
Weeks 13–16: (Processing)
- Developing reward and incentive programs to encourage community participation.
- Hosting contests and special events to stimulate excitement and interaction within the community.
- Creating engaging and valuable content to attract and connect community members.
- Organizing online events or discussions to provide a space for community members to share opinions and feedback.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of community activities and adjusting strategies if necessary based on collected data.
- Providing feedback to the community about upcoming changes or improvements.
The initial steps on the journey of community development have been filled with challenges, yet they have also been adorned with joys and achievements.
