This is a free claim for all holders of Genesis Bears (1/1s included). Simply its 1 Genesis bear = 1 Notes of a Bear NFT. Owning more than 1 Notes of a Bear NFT of course comes with its benefits too.

You will then have a choice whether to paste your address in to claim on your unstaked bears automatically, or, to claim all on your staked bears. If you have a mix of staked and unstated bears, you would have to use both functions.
Also for some bizarre reason Opensea is putting the collection for many in the hidden section after claiming, so please go to the hidden section and unhide your Notes of a Bear when possible. That being said, if you do not plan to trade / sell it, you could keep it hidden if you wish. Its bizarre because X2 and Looksrare has no such issue but we are in contact with Opensea to resolve this.
This is the first of a series of Notes of a Bear volumes that will be released.
The claim window will be for 7 days only. Then, the only way to get hold of vol.1 will be on the secondary market.
What it is, why it exists, and (more importantly), how it benefits you as a holder will be revealed after the claim window closes in 7 days. What we can tell you is that we have worked hard this summer to trial a groundbreaking concept that will be bring genuine value to holders — just simply by being engaged, long term holders within the ecosystem.
Please be aware that some bears you buy beyond this point may already have their Notes of a Bear vol.1 claimed.
