However, when it comes to execution, we must carefully prioritize since tackling everything at once isn’t feasible. Some goals can be pursued simultaneously, but determining the right priorities will help us optimize our resources and timeline.

Among our key choices, “Migration to a new blockchain” and “AI Agents” stand out as crucial directions. Regardless of the choice, “Branding and community building” remains an essential pillar for BearX.

Let’s overview the two proposed roadmaps and make a well-informed decision for BearX’s future through the upcoming vote!

Option 1: Focus on Consolidation of Project Assets and Strategic Growth

• Strengthen BearX’s identity by focusing on exceptional design and community engagement
• Prioritize creating a strong social presence that showcases BearX as a leading project in terms of branding and community involvement.

2️⃣ Consolidation of Assets:

• Merge $ROOTx and $SROOT into a single token to simplify and strengthen the ecosystem
• Utilize the new token to grow in value, offering staking, governance, and other utility-based mechanisms.

3️⃣ Partnerships and Outreach:

• Collaborate with dormant legacy projects of similar size to revive mutual interest and build momentum
• Focus on meaningful partnerships that enhance BearX’s visibility and ecosystem growth.

4️⃣ Airdropped Mini Collection on others blockchain:

• Introduce a small, free-to-mint collection (e.g., honey pots) exclusively for Genesis Bear holders as part of BearX’s exploration of emerging ecosystems(e.g., abstract, hive,etc..)
• Offer the collection to non-holders at a low price to attract new users and generate additional interest.

5️⃣ Mini Games:

• Develop engaging mini games to enhance community interaction and provide additional utility for BearX holders
• Keep the game designs unique to BearX’s ecosystem without direct references to other projects to avoid unnecessary comparisons.

6️⃣ AI Agents:

• Begin developing an AI-driven “Bear Agent” that reflects the BearX brand, acting as an on-brand utility for the community
• The AI Agent initiative will commence after the other foundational elements (branding, token consolidation, partnerships) are set in motion to ensure a steady progression.

• Streamlines the ecosystem by consolidating assets, simplifying tokenomics, and increasing token value

A migration to a new blockchain is not entirely necessary. Instead, we aim to expand BearX as a means of spreading its influence. At the same time, we can carefully consider introducing the BearX Agent in as soon as possible, ensuring resources are utilized effectively and strategically such as concurrent deployment prior to Consolidation of Assets

Option 2: Prioritizing AI-Driven Innovation and Ecosystem Expansion

• Enhance social media presence and branding to attract both new users and strengthen ties with current holders.

• Begin AI Agent development only after foundational steps, like branding and token consolidation, are in motion.

• Consider transitioning BearX’s ecosystem to a new blockchain (e.g., Abstract, Hive,etc..) as a future step, depending on community needs and project growth
• Any migration will follow the successful implementation of the above priorities to ensure readiness and alignment.

After focusing on improving branding, identity, and community building, we will promptly deploy AI Agents and consider fully migrating to a new blockchain. This will serve as the foundation for the Consolidation of Assets phase.

However, this approach might make our steps more complex and cumbersome, as these are relatively significant moves that could lead to potential conflicts or risks during implementation. Additionally, simultaneous execution may have a conflicting effect on community expectations, as the timeline for completing these steps could be extended beyond initial estimates
